Have you not looked into shuttle options in 10 years? In what reality is SuperShuttle $17? If you try to book through the website, it quotes no less that $96.

@Patty Holliday, The price they are quoting is not shared shuttle as it appears they are not offering that service at this time. That is for a private vehicle.
