runDisney Disneyland Halloween Half Marathon Weekend 2025: Course Maps, Event Guide, Corrals and more!
Why do we make this post every year when runDisney shares the info as well? Because, as they say, screenshots last forever.
And runners like to look back on previous courses and corrals and obsess a little.
You know it’s true!
We do this for all the runDisney events; so hang around if you’re looking for the Ultimate Guide to runDisney.
So here we go: our annual guide to running runDisney’s Disneyland Halloween Half Marathon Weekend.
You’ll find all the information a runner needs to know before the Disneyland Halloween Half Marathon Weekend 2025 including course maps, corrals, waivers, and event guide.
This is a living document, so information will be added as it comes out.

Disneyland Halloween Half Marathon Weekend 2025 Waivers and Runner Tracking
Download your waiver through your runDisney.com account.
The Waivers no longer have bib numbers or corral information.
You’ll go to your runDisney Dashboard to find the documents to sign.

Please note: you can do this digitally this year! You do not need to print and bring it to the Expo if you sign digitally.
The Expo Pass (see below) is what you’ll need to show to pick up your bibs and T-shirts.
Here’s the tracking link so you can follow your runner on the course.
Put their name in the search, choose how you want to be notified, and you’ll know how the run is going if you follow from home.

You will need your own transportation to and from the Expo.
The Disneyland Hotel is an easy 9-minute walk from the Disneyland/Disney California Resort gates and about 20 minutes from most of the Harbour Blvd Disneyland Hotels.
The Convention Center is located to the right of the Disneyland Hotel entrance.

runDisney Expo Check-in Pass
Here is the detailed guide to picking up your runDisney bibs from the Disneyland Half Marathon Expo.
You’ll need an Expo Check-in Pass for the Disneyland Half Marathon Weekend Expo this year.
The instructions say to print or take a screenshot of each Expo Pass for each event
Don’t forget a valid photo ID to pick up your race bib.
Please note: the runDisney Expo Pass is not a timed entry ticket. You can visit the expo at any point and you can bring your family members with you!

Disneyland Half Marathon Weekend Transportation Details
Bus transportation for the race may be available through the ART bus system.
Check with your Disneyland off-site hotel for shuttle information.
In the past, runners were offered free ART transportation passes for the race weekends if staying off-site. According to the Event Guide, this does not appear to be the case in 2025. You will need to pay for ART transportation.
The ART shuttles will operate all Market Routes (from area hotels to the Disneyland® Resort esplanade) starting at 3:00 AM each race day. Guests wishing to use the ART shuttles will need to purchase passes via the app.
You can take a rideshare to and from the races.
Guest drop off is located off of Harbor Boulevard between South Manchester Avenue and Disney Way or at the Downtown Disney Guest drop off located on Downtown Drive.

BIG UPDATE: If you are officially staying at a Disneyland hotel, there will be Disneyland shuttles to and from the races.
This was accurate for 2024 and we expect the same for 2025.

runDisney Disneyland Halloween Half Marathon Weekend 2025 Corrals
Bib numbers can be found on the Expo Pass, but at this time, there is no Corral chart to reference. We’ll be working on one after the event to reference for next year, hopefully.
You can use the 2016 corrals as a VERY loose guide for this year’s race.
But as of this race, if you are familiar with how the runDisney corral system worked in the past, then you will know exactly how the system is working now.
Mini-waves are still being used inside each start group and those are not pre-determined or selected. If you want to be in an earlier wave, get to your start group when it opens.

2025 Disneyland Halloween Half Marathon Weekend Corrals
The 5K and 10K will likely have 3 or 4 corrals each.
The Half Marathon and Full Marathon show 6 corrals each (A-F).
You’ll learn your corral number when you pick up your bib at the expo.
For more information on how the corrals work, check out the runDisney Corral information post.

2025 Disneyland Halloween Half Marathon Course Maps (All Races)
Here are a few visuals to help you navigate the staging area, start and finish, and spectator viewing.
For more spectator viewing tips, please read the Big Guide to Spectating at a runDisney Race. We’ll update with Disneyland information when the course maps come out.
This is the info for the 2024 Disneyland Half Marathon that ran in January. We expect similar staging for the Halloween Half, so I’ll leave this here until the details drop.
More detailed photo for the 5K and 10K staging areas.

Disneyland Half Weekend Kids Races
Again, this is the 2024 information, but we will update as soon as we have 2025 info! It should be very similar to what they did last year.
Disneyland will have kids’ races. And they are ADORABLE if you want to go and watch the little ones smash records!
The lineup should be in the same area as the race start and finish lines.
Races start at 10am and in the past, the races worked backward with the older kids running first and the younger kids (diaper dashers) bringing up the rear.

Will you run through Anaheim Stadium during the runDisney Halloween Half Marathon?
In the past, runDisney had the Disneyland Half Marathon run through Anaheim Stadium every year. We entered, ran along the baseball field warning track, and exited into the parking lot.
This happened for the race held in September and the races held in November.
I checked Anaheim Stadium events, and nothing looks like it is scheduled over the weekend, so I really think runners will be making that trip through the stadium again.
If you want to compare the map from the runDisney 2024 Half Marathon in January, we have that here for you as well.

runDisney PhotoPass Pictures
Our most favorite thing runDisney has ever done was the change to PhotoPass photographers for a runDisney race weekend.
Huge improvement in service and quality of photos since they started this- much appreciated!
We expect that this service will apply to the Disneyland races, but are waiting on the event guide for confirmation.

PhotoPass will work at Disneyland like it does for Disney World; here’s what you need to know.
One note: Genie+ includes photos at Disneyland. But even better: your race purchase includes on course photos! Which is a nice perk to get “free” race photos at Disneyland.
They can’t be linked in advance, so just remember to link up post-race or the morning of the race.
Here’s the PhotoPass code info you need for the 2025 Disneyland Half Marathon Weekend Races:
If you are attending Yoga, Disney PhotoPass® Photographers will happily scan your Disneyland App, Magic Band+ or a Disney PhotoPass card to receive your photos.
Your runDisney Photos are available for purchase day of with Disney PhotoPass+ One Day. If you are visiting the parks after the race, you may chose to purchase Disney Genie+ which includes unlimited Disney PhotoPass Photo downloads.

You might want to know a little about the weather.
You should know that the weather in September has generally been hot and humid for Anaheim races.
Here’s some information on what to expect at Disneyland in September.
Here’s another great guide to running Disneyland races that covers a ton of extra details.
