We know how much the Disney fandom will root for the good guys, but secretly loves the villains.
I mean, they are usually just misunderstood, amirite?

Are we finally getting the villains’ race weekend we’ve been dreaming of?

runDisney Villains Race Theme Confirmed For Wine and Dine 2020
Disneyland Paris had one two years ago and runners were ecstatic! And we had a race weekend once upon a time that was specifically villain themed in the Tower of Terror 10-Miler. But that one has been retired- much to runner’s dismay.
ps- it’s not coming back, so don’t ask!
But this was on the early registration confirmation page and, y’all, this is amazing news for the bad boy and girl loving-runners out there.
It even has me (maybe? kinda?) thinking of coming out of my half marathon retirement for this sure to be epic race weekend.
Characters on the Wine and Dine Race Course Could Be Epic!
Man, just off the top of my head, the Disney Villain vault of characters is deep.
Think of all the fabulous picture stops to be had on any of the 3 racecourses OR at the Wine and Dine after party.
- Maleficent
- Darth Vader
- Wicked Step Sisters and Step Mother
- Bowler Hat Guy
- Evil Hag
Just to name a few!
