Halloween Scenes From My Run
This is also a mini #runfession
Sometimes it feels like the only thing that keeps me running these days is Tuesdays on the Run.
I want to keep blogging with the cool kids!
So thank you for linking up each week and for keeping me motivated. I love seeing all the races and training and great places you run, and your posts are keeping me moving forward.
Slowly.
And not as often as I should.
But moving forward, I am!
Today I ran on the treadmill because I was not feeling it outside today. A little windy and chilly for me!
2 miles in, and… done!
So obviously the scenes on that run were not super exciting. Unless you count the super cute leggings I saw a fellow runner wear, but I wasn’t going to take a picture of her booty because people call cops on you for that.
Ahem.
But my neighborhood is gearing up for Halloween nicely.
Here are a few of the highlights from out on the streets the other night!
And this last picture I’m sharing… this one? Ugh.
Yeah, let me tell you a story about this little gem.
I’m sure people are seeing this everywhere, but I see this as a sign that we made the right decision.
We looked at the house right in front of this sewer as a possible home to purchase.
I mean, just 2 weeks ago it was on the consideration list.
And now I see this…
NOPE.
ALL THE NOPE.
So glad me made the choice to pass on this one because I think the neighbors might be a little more twisted than I can handle!
(and yes, creepy black and white filter plus red balloon highlighting done by me to drive home the point of NOPE!)

I wish I ran on Halloween - it would have been fun to see all the decorations around my neighborhood. That balloon in the sewer from It is super creepy!!

Yeah, as the year is drawing to a close I too am feeling a bit "runned" out! So forums such as Tuesdays on the Run really keep me going too!

Totally laughing at the balloon. Sorry.
I've been treadmilling a lot lately. Not sure why as I usually don't love it, but it's been my go to since MCM.

My treadmill should arrive today. I'm still trying to run outside, but between the weather, and losing DST, I know that thing will get used during the winter. That's why I'm getting it.

Ugh. That balloon is too creepazoid for me. I do love most Halloween decorations though. My neighbors across the street have motion sensor stuff that drives our new pup crazy. I love it!
