Walt Disney World Marathon Corrals and Event Guide 2015
I know, I know. The Walt Disney World Marathon Corrals and Event Guide for 2015 are sooooo yesterday.
Literally.
So it might seem like old news and Shenanigans is slipping.
I’ll confess- I was napping on the job (no, really, I was in bed!) when the website updated yesterday.
However, I do like to have the information easily accessible for next year.
Because, trust me, there will be questions. They generally go something like this:
I submitted a time that has me finishing just under 5 hours- what corral might that land me in?
Sound familiar?
So here you go, future blog readers and Walt Disney World Marathon weekend runners: all the information you need to know for 2015… and beyond!
Check your waiver and print them here.
The waiver will have your bib number which will be used to find your corral via the following charts:
And to answer the obvious question many ask: NO, runDisney does not release corrals for the 5K.
Last year the Marathon corrals left at the following start times:
Visit the Event Guide here.
Some great information can be found inside this baby!
I pulled out the spectator information for those that need to know where their families can line up!
Runners, it looks like you are ALL SET for this Marathon Weekend at Walt Disney World!
GOOD LUCK!
Are you trained? Do you have costumes picked out? Who’s running in January?
Patty Holliday has been running Disney since 2011. She knows just about every tip, trick, and hack there is to cover the runDisney Magical Miles at Disney World and Disneyland. She knows every mile isn’t *always* magical- but with training, tips, and a little bit of pixie dust, they can be a lot of fun! You can also find her at noguiltlife.com and noguiltfangirl.com
The past corral release times are great, thanks!
You are welcome!
love the past time released too! I am in corral H and pretty happy with all of that. Costumes are picked up but not all made yet (4 costumes plus the 2 the week after star wars is a lot of work!). Final training runs next week and then packing will begin!
That’s a lot of running and costumes! Good luck!
I was married in WDW three days after the 2013 Marathon so though I’ve never run this race it has a special place in my heart. Good luck to everyone running. I can’t wait to see all the costumes.
