2024 Princess Half Marathon Weekend Corrals, Waivers, Course Maps & Event Guide!
In the words of Peter Pan,
Here… We… Goooooo!!!!!
We’re ChEARing you all on to a great runDisney Princess Half Marathon weekend!
Why do we make this post every year when runDisney also shares the info? Because, as they say, screenshots last forever. runDisney deletes the information after every race: we don’t.

And runners like to look back on previous courses and corrals and obsess a little.
You know it’s true!
We do this for all the runDisney events; so hang around if you’re looking for the Ultimate Guide to runDisney.
So here we go: our annual guide to running runDisney’s Marathon Weekend.
You’ll find all the information a runner needs to know before the runDisney Princess Half Marathon Weekend 2024 including course maps, corrals, waivers, and event guide.
runDisney 101 Podcast
If this is your first or 50th runDisney event, you might want a refresher going into the weekend.
We put together a 3-part runDisney 101 podcast that answers all the runDisney FAQs you typically have leading up to the race weekends.

When Will runDisney Princess Half Marathon Weekend Maps/ Corrals/Event Guides drop?
ETA: The course information showed up on February 9, 2024.
That just depends. The official line is 2 weeks before the race, but they’ve come out at the end of January, the beginning of February over the past years.
For the 2023 race weekend, the information was available on February 9, 2023.
Here’s a reminder of how things work each year:
Typically the runDisney event guides show up first, with the course maps included.
Corrals or Start Groups have NOT been released in advance for most recent races, but we hope to pull together some guesstimates as bib numbers are known.
If you want to check out what happened at the last race, here are the 2020 Princess Half Marathon Corrals, Waivers, Course Maps & Event Guide to give you some idea of what to expect.

runDisney Princess Half Marathon Weekend Waivers
Runner Tracking link: HERE
Download and print the waiver and it will give you your bib number (lower right-hand part of the form).
You’ll sign your waiver digitally by going to your runDisney.com account.
The Waivers no longer have bib numbers or corral information.
You’ll go to your runDisney Dashboard to find the documents to sign.

You do not need to print and bring it to the Expo if you sign digitally.
The Expo Pass (see below) is what you’ll need to show to pick up your bibs and T-shirts.

What About Princess Sunrise Yoga?
We went to this event last year and had an excellent experience.
Here’s our review of the Princess Sunrise Yoga.
And here is everything we know about runDisney’s Sunrise Yoga for Princess Half weekend.
This is the transportation schedule for Yoga during the Princess Half Weekend in 2024.

runDisney Race Security Details
Beginning with the 2022 Walt Disney World Marathon race weekend, all runners and spectators must pass through Epcot security.
This does add extra mileage and extra time from the bus drop off and parking lot to get to the race start.
Our 5K in 2023 ended up being 5.86 miles after the race (before we walked back to the car!).
You may need extra time from the parking lot to the race start.

Runners were dropped off in the parking lot by the race buses, private cars or Uber and Lyft.
Then they walked toward Epcot using the security scanners at the park entrance.
Runners then circled back and were directed to the family reunion area from Epcot.
Princess Half Marathon Weekend Corrals and Start Groups
runDisney has moved back to letters for your corral start group. There will be 5 corrals for the Princess Half Marathon (A-E).

Bib numbers can be found on the Expo Pass, but at this time there is not a Corral chart to reference.
You can use the 2020 corrals as a guide for this year’s race.
If you are familiar with how the runDisney corral system worked in the past, then you will know exactly how the system is working now.
Mini-waves are still being used inside each start group and those are not pre-determined or selected. If you want to be in an earlier wave, get to your start group when it opens. We have that information posted below with the course maps.
Also note: the corral lineups no longer require an extra 20-minute walk! All corrals will be lining up in the Epcot parking lot for all races. If you have runDisney in the past, this is a change that started with the 2023 Wine and Dine Weekend races.

Fairy Tale Challenge Corrals
**will be added later if available**
Princess Half Marathon Corrals
**will be added later if available**
Sorry, 5K and 10K runners; corrals are not released for these races.
Important to note: Wave starts within smaller corrals means you want to go ahead and arrive in your corral EARLY.

2024 Princess Half Marathon Weekend Event Guide
This is the best source of information you can find on the Princess Half Marathon weekend outside of personal experience.
Definitely take a look at the Event Guide and check out each section.
There’s a lot of great info here and you don’t want to miss it.
As a reminder, a digital copy is the only one available; runDisney does NOT print these out any longer.

runDisney PhotoPass Pictures
Our most favorite thing runDisney has ever done was the change to PhotoPass photographers for a runDisney race weekend.
Huge improvement in service and quality of photos since they started this- much appreciated!

If you’ve purchased Memory Maker before the 2023 runDisney Princess Half Marathon race weekend, you can link your photos from the races using these codes.
They can’t be linked in advance, so just remember to link up post-race or the morning of the race.
Here’s the PhotoPass code info you need for the 2023 Princess Marathon Weekend Races:
- Disney Princess 5K: 2024 2024 PRIN S5Kx xxxx
- Disney Princess Enchanted 10K: 2024 PRIN 10Kx xxxx
- Disney Princess Half Marathon: 2024 PRIN HLFx xxxx

runDisney Princess Half Marathon Weekend 2024 Logistics
You might want to know a little about the weather.
You should know that the weather in February in Florida has been all over the map.
There’s been sleet, thunderstorms, lightning, below-freezing temps, and even up into the high 80s with 100% humidity, on the half marathon race day.
Oooof.

Current weather predictions for Princess Half Marathon Weekend: too early to tell!
But we’ll keep you posted.
And if you are looking for a little runDisney advice this year, stop by this post to read what some runners have to say about the events.
If you are new to runDisney, check out this post from a new runner who just had her first experience.
Happy running!
