runDisney Springtime Surprise Charities List 2024
Here is the list of 2024 runDisney Springtime Surprise Charities. You can be a runDisney charity runner for all race weekends.
There are a few ways to runDisney (even when a runDisney race sells out!) but the one that speaks to a runner’s heart is going to be running with a charity.
Disney World partners with a variety of charities every year at each race, so you’re bound to find one that you want to support.
Here’s the runDisney Springtime Surprise Charities List 2024 to help you decide which is your best fit.
This list is being updated as we learn more, so please check back for additional details.

Advice For Raising Funds From A Former Charity Runner
First of all, before we get to the charity runner list, I want to suggest one big tip.
Pick the charity that resonates the most with YOU and your family. That may not be the one with the most perks or the lowest fundraising option, but it will be the one that means the most to you.
I ran for a few years with the Princess Half Marathon Presiding Partner, Children’s Miracle Network, in honor and memory of my son, Jacob.
He spent a lot of time in various Children’s Miracle Network hospitals over his short 4 years and I wanted to make sure I gave back to them a bit of what they gave to me. Which were peace, hope, and love.
A little fundraising helped pay back that “debt” I felt I owed them and made the race weekend more meaningful than I’d ever imagined.
Because my family and friends knew my story and my passion, the fundraising was generally easy as they, too, wanted to be part of the process.
So. Before you check out the runDisney Springtime Surprise charities list, try to decide on why you want to runDisney for a charity.

Patty Holliday has been running Disney since 2011. She knows just about every tip, trick, and hack there is to cover the runDisney Magical Miles at Disney World and Disneyland. She knows every mile isn’t *always* magical- but with training, tips, and a little bit of pixie dust, they can be a lot of fun! You can also find her at noguiltlife.com and noguiltfangirl.com
Just to clarify, these are all charities from previous years, and no one has actually signed up to be a charity for this event, correct? I’m seeing everything but this race on their pages and nothing on RunDisney’s.
These are the charities that had bibs for Wine and Dine, Marathon, and Princess weekend for the 2021-2022 season. There are charities that have bibs, but we’re working through this list to determine if they were able to get bibs for the Springtime Surprise. We shared the list as a starting point for anyone who wanted to reach out to a charity that sparked their interest to see if they had bibs available. 🙂 We know this list may not be 100% accurate at this time as noted above.
@Patty Holliday,
Have you had any luck finding charities for the Springtime Surprise?
Not yet! I’m going to ask when I get to Expo and see if any of the charities have bibs. I’ll update next week!
@Patty Holliday, Hi, thanks for this list! Just curious what you found out at the expo! Would love to do the Springtime Surprise 5k if I can find a charity that has slots left!
I was not able to get any details! Was just told to keep an eye on the runDisney website for an update. So sorry!
