Got Bling? Allied Can Hook You Up

Sharing is caring!

Disclosure: I was given a medal holder to review by Allid Medal Displays.  I was not compensated in any other way for this post and all my thoughts and opinions are my own.

Yeah.  That one was corny.  I know.  But I giggled a little when I typed it.  The little things that amuse me, eh?  Author’s privilege and all that.  To make up for it, here’s some inspiring words of internet wisdom from Shenanigans.

You are welcome.

Now to move on to Allied Medal Displays, and their sheer awesomeness…

A couple weeks ago I was looking at my getting-crowded-yay-me bling rack and realized something.  Something my Visa had been telling me CLEARLY but I had not quite yet caught up to.  In a short matter of months I was going to haul in some SERIOUS bling, yo.  And my hanger was already out of room!

First up, these beauties.

Then Wine & Dine, Space Coast, Tink x’s 3, and Glass Slipper Challenge.  Whoa.  I needed more space to hang my pretties!

This may come as a HUGE shock to you- but I wanted something Disney-like to rock my bling. Since you read my blog, you know I’m a big fan of runDisney and their races.  It made sense to check out a Disney-themed hanger for the new medals.  I found one with Allied Medal Displays, who graciously sent it to me to review for my readers.

This medal hanger is fantastic.  Yeah- I know, spoiler alert.  Pretty much gave away the ending to THIS blog, right?

But really, it’s gorgeous.  And huge (30″ x 6″)  And heavy.  And gorgeous. Did I mention that already?  It can easily hold 18 medals and is sturdy enough to take on the weight of your heavy bling.

What I loved about this one in particular (there are 5 stock Magical Designs) is that it incorporated both coasts, and everywhere in between.  Yes, I know, you can read.  But really, it struck me as all encompassing for my needs.  Currently I am showing just my Disney medals and think it looks pretty fantastic like this!

Mr. Shenanigans gets bonus points for knowing Tink medal went under this castle!
East coast castle, east cost bling.

Installing was super easy.  I made Mr. Shenanigans do it. Ta-Da!  So get one of those and you’ll be all set.  Honestly, it wasn’t hard at all and took him about 10 minutes to hang it on my wall.  Because the medal hanger is flat and you slide your ribbons onto them, there is an extra piece that goes behind the display.

This allows for the display to hang off the wall a little bit, and makes it super easy to slide on you medals.

Allied Medal Displays can also custom make a hanger for you.  Not seeing exactly what you want on their site? Have your own catch phrase or motivation mojo? Contact Allied and let them create a custom hanger for you!  If you have a lot of bling- I’m talking crazy bling- they can make multiple levels for your hanger as well.

The customer service was phenomenal- I had quick responses to my questions and even faster shipping.  My hanger was here in a matter of days from placing my order.  Are you ready to order your own medal hanger?  Allied wanted to make sure you were able to order with a discount.  Be sure to use the code MMMouse for 10% off – good through October.

I want to hear from you!  Show them off: which is your favorite medal earned to date? Do you have a way to display them?

Eta: isn’t it pretty in the morning shadows?

I have been wanting one of those for months now!! It is seriously my favorite design for a holder out there. I'm trying to decide between "Fait, Trust, and Pixie Dust" or doing a custom!!
